It may be advisable to keep a record of any agreement reached or of any attempt you have made to reach an agreement. The Free Legal Aid Centre has prepared a guide to assist in dealing with neighbour disputes including noise nuisance. Unfortunately in some cases an amicable resolution is not possible.
