How To Install A New Shower Faucet

Just remove the old shower head by turning it counterclockwise. Clean off any existing thread seal tape or sealing compound from the threads. Hi all, I would like to install something similar in my bathroom sink so it is easier to shower my kid in a bath tub. This pic is from Amazon but I am unsure of the quality, would love to get the parts from Bunnings and assemble them myself but unsure where to start what are the names of these parts.
