Honestly, just use a VPN. Pick a server in the country you wanna play in, connect, and voila! It's like you've moved without packing a single box. Make sure to choose a good VPN though, cause a bad one might actually make your ping worse. Don't bother changing servers, just improve your skills and you'll be fine. Higher ping is just a new difficulty level.
