I am evaluating a property that has well water but the sewage is connected to City. Checking online, it shows that K to place the pipes, then another 2K in the specific county to hookup to city. So total maybe K. But since the sewage is already hooked up, I wonder if there's some cost savings that would lower my total cost? Loading replies
